Loch Lomond
Stirling today for a trip to the castle, which was great, much loved by the boys and kind of interesting as it was built by James V, father of Mary Queen of Scotts who was beheaded at a village very near where we live.
Quick shop (new dress!), then we took the 'scenic route' back to Glasgow via Loch Lomond which was beautiful.
Today I'm grateful for:
A great day full of great things to do
The youngest paddling around in Loch Lomond (wellies full of water!)
The eldest loving the search for lego soldiers in the army museum at Stirling Castle (an inspired curator who put in a lego hunt to keep children entertained).
