Ellie and little Bear

Bear would bark at every animal on TV when he first got here, but here he is watching the Lion King movie without barking. I guess "timeouts" work for dogs too. 

Oh, by the way, I am posting this a day late. This is Tuesday photo.

Little Ellie misses Tiffy but she is bonding with Bear. When he leaves to live back with my Granddaughter, she will miss him. These are perhaps good lessons in a loss since she will probably lose us in her teens or early twenties. I am feeling a sense of sadness knowing my death will be difficult for her.  I of course hope to live a long healthy life. I don't know why I am thinking about this tonight. It brings tears. Ugh!
