Monument to Goat of Life

“The goat gives life to the region south of El Torcal” says the inscription on this rural monument near our village. And a goat had clearly passed by recently and left a fresh offering.The weather is perfect with totally blue skies and we’re on a long hike getting fit for the GR1 trail next week.
