Fairy Glen, Rosemarkie

If you are looking for waterfalls whilst on the Black Isle, then you should take a visit to the Fairy Glen, Rosemarkie.

This is a lovely nature trail through a wooded glen that takes you up to not one but two beautiful waterfalls.

The glen is somewhat magical, and local legend has it that the glen was inhabited by fairies who helped keep the water flowing and clean for the village.
