Up the hill

Walk down river path before breakfast and chat to the lady we have met a few time now, her dog seemed so pleased to see Hetty. Packed lunch and headed off up to the chimneys via a different route. Lovely weather, warm, dry if a bit hazy. Walking back saw four hare, one was coming towards us and didn’t notice us as we stood really still, but he shot off across the field as soon as he spotted us.
Wonderful sound of birds all day.
Had a great and feeling so much better.
