Reflections

on a crazy day!

Rude awakening when my new fencing arrived at a quarter to eight this morning and I had to nip out in my pjs and slippers to move the car (good job the neighbours curtains were all shut!

Later than planned I went on bus and train to Newbury for a quick wander down the canal, a coffee and cake in good old M&S and a haircut :)

Then I came straight home - except the train was very delayed, but the fence men already had half the fence up and its all finished tonight.  I will blip it another day.

Took my soup to church this evening for our Good Friday celebration, and ended up in the kitchen, which I'm not used to doing, but anyway it was good fun and some thoughtfulness, some singing and chatting to some people I don't know all that well.

Now to bed, absolutely shattered and looking forward to a lie in tomorrow (if a certain cat will allow me) :)

(both my knees are very sore - plus my right wrist which swelled up after all the chopping veg to make said soup yesterday!)
