New Day Dawns

Yesterday was a very sad day, saying farewell to not only a relative but a good friend. Lots of people and lots of stories and lots of tears.

The journey back was slow. It is the day before the long Bank Holiday weekend so although lorries and tractors were still working campervanner's and caravanners were on the move. All these groups conspired to be in front of us on any stretch of road where overtaking was not possible. It was a bit tedious at times but home safely and enjoying afternoon sunshine
