A LAZIER DAY

Late wake up this morning then we went to meet a friend of Clair’s who has just got 2 Ukrainian people to stay; a mother and 16 year old daughter. I was there to get some tips on how to start the process…lots of bizarre red tape!
#When we got back the sun was out, the temperature was up so we got the paddling pool out for the puppy. He was unsure but once the hoomans had had a paddle he got the hang of it!! #We had lunch in the sun with another jug of Pimms!
Our missing friend…has at last got her Dad admitted to hospital and they are going to fit a pacemaker.
In the evening we walked to the local Italian for #a Pornstar Martini.
#we enjoyed a delicious meal and then headed home for # another slice of my Baileys cheesecake.
A great day with a touch of summer sun.
