Eating

After last night's slight excesses it was nice to get a small lie in this morning, and not have to get up and go the office.  There was still a six in the alarm time, but then again there always is.

I pinged my team in the middle of the afternoon and told them all to go home/ sign off. They've all done some great stuff over the last few weeks with projects being stopped, restarted, funding requests bing rejected and rewritten and the general stuff that goes on with project work and I figured an early finish really wasn't going to make that much difference. That and I needed to go and do some food shopping.

No.1 came over for some help with a job application so we went for a beer once they'd done it and ended up eating out as well.
