Pho, Oxford

Not a good start to the day: when loading the car I noticed one of my tyres was almost flat... Rather than waiting for the AA, I drove (slowly, carefully) to Mr Tyre... Fortunately nothing wrong with the tyre - it was my corroded wheel which was leading to a non-perfect fit and hence leakage... £20 to angle grind the wheel smooth...
So almost on time for birthday lunch with Naomi, impressed with Westgate shopping centre, especially the top floor, with views over dreaming spires one way, and countryside the other...
Not a hugely flattering blip of Naomi, but I quite like it, and it's a memory, which for me is the main point of blip... She is pictured eating a dish called Morning Glory, I got in BIG trouble for pointing out its colloquial meaning... :O
Drove to Great Missenden, set up the show, pleasant camaraderie with Gordon and Simon so far...
And - bonus!! - a room to myself (:
