Recovering

Bella is less bouncy than usual after being spayed this morning.   A few days of quiet recovery ahead ... today she was always going to be quiet, in the next few days it may be harder to keep her still.   Bless.

An early start to get Bella to the vets means I have got quite a lot done today.  Mostly catching up on chores but there has been some nice social time too.   Mum, Chris, Barbara and Pete came round for an extended visit which included some home-made Celeriac and Mushroom soup that I rustled up.   I also got to walk Meg with Jane and John who are here in their caravan for Easter.  We walked the familiar lane up the side valley at Rhydyronen, just good to be out in company and chat.
