Long Beach

Couldn’t  really decide so here’s the crew at Long Beach.   Had a wonderful walk in clear weather on the beach in the morning,  then decided to visit the 2 lighthouses….we just were coming back from the 1898 North Head lighthouse and there was a hailstorm…. Time to go inside and get something to eat…. Oskar thot he could eat 3 huge pancakes but he couldn’t.  The Cape Disappointment lighthouse we had to see from the Lewis and Clark interpretive center .     Sun and rain showers but a full day …. Loved showing the kids the entrance to the Columbia and the history of its discovery.     Extra is the lighthouses…..there’s actually an eagle in the tree to left of cape disappointment lighthouse,  last photo.
