Sun Flower

Today's image is obviously not a sunflower but a flower in the sun. Today almost felt like summer - it was warm and sunny all day. This shot was taken just outside our back door where we have planted up pots with pansies and violas. The sun really shows up the vibrant colours and the markings on the petals. It may be an inexpensive plant but you get plenty of bang for your buck.
