Thirtysomething... it's very relatable ;-)
I popped into Farnham this afternoon to have a coffee with A. I messaged her a couple of weeks ago to see of she had time for a quick coffee as I find it very awkward standing in the shop while she attends to her customers. She had it in her diary, but forgot, and was covered in paint, painting the interior of her new shop! In the end, we sat for twenty minutes on the floor of what will be her new office, overlooking the high street.
I had my therapy this evening, which was a good session, and then straight home for two hours of supervision. They don't usually fall on the same day, but it's been nice having more flexibility over the holidays, and I never want to go back to work quite honestly. It was nice because I borrowed a kitchen chair as I'm having my hair done tomorrow, and I used it to do my supervision in my kitchen, which was way more comfortable than sitting on the floor as I invariably do.
Tiring evening, but good tired I think. When I feel happy-ish, I'm grateful as I know sadness and unease will soon creep in again.
