A long and "blegh" Sunday

I woke this morning with a terrible headache and my body hurt all over. Not sure if I'm hungover or it's the fibromyalgia flaring up - actually I think it's a bit of both! I had a little bit of red wine last night (produced in Chile, the South America-wine's are always a risk), have been sleeping badly for a few nights and then the weather has been changing yet again and that's a guaranteed fibro-trigger for me, I've noticed.

This is how my sons usually spend their nights, in front of a computer screen :)
