A Birthday rose …

….. ….. for my lovely daughter-in-law, who is celebrating her 50th birthday way up on Great Barrier Island, with family & friends.

We actually had some rain first thing this morning, hence the raindrops on the rose.
Some more is badly needed but there’s another frost forecast for tomorrow morning. It’s feeling frosty already this evening.
