Abandoned

They are in the middle of a major building project near me. One of the many canals runs alongside the site and they have had to reinforce the banking and bridge as they build. This is part of the surrounding fence and I spotted wedged underneath an old rusted scooter that has clearly been dredged from the canal in the building process. Sad. Abandoned.
