Underneath a shield bug

A lovely walk in the wood this morning, photographing the bluebells. I was going to post a triptych of them but the family came over and I never got the chance. It’s more than two years since they’ve all been here and it was great fun, especially being entertained by the boys playing with the dog’s favourite ball and him joining in. Apart from another walk around the wood, they never stopped, so I bet they slept well last night.

Wonderful weather enabled us to sit outside all afternoon.

This picture has reminded me that we haven’t seen the window cleaner for ages.
