Loons and little boys and boats

The lovely, wonderful unmistakable calls of 2 loons woke me early this morning, so after breakfast I thought there might be one off the dock and did get a few decent pictures of this common loon by itself. Aha, the blip is done. :-) But...later we launched our new little toy electric motor on our very old tried and true inflatable and the boys got their first chance to drive --after H of course (his toy he has been coveting for a long time...), who called the day a success. so it needed to be recorded. Also the wonderful sunny day - time at the beach, Nik also went kayaking, and their Mom and Dad had a "nap" in the sun at the top of the hill near the labyrinth. Before the sun came out in the morning we also played with making some prints and stuff in the studio, and games after the yummy much appreciated dinner that A made! Whew, no time for computers or much for photos, so I've just thrown this one together , as it was faster than uploading to flickr today.... Will catch up sometime.....
