Comfort On A Sad Day

This has been a strange and sad day. No one I know was harmed in Boston but the young man who will marry my niece in two months works across the street from the finish line and saw all sorts of blood & gore as he was evacuated.

Here at home are three creatures whose comfort means safe and peaceful and civilized to me. Max is keeping watch as Carlo snoozes and Laura Earle shows me her butt.
