Vibrant…..

The Virginia Creeper. It is growing on our eastern boundary fence. It had an amazing growth spurt and was overtaking other plantings a few weeks ago. So I cut it back hard. The leaves are gloriously coloured in the autumn and the flowers and fruit are unusual. We have another Virginia Creeper climbing through some trees on the other side of our garden.
A quiet Easter Sunday, peaceful here in New Zealand…. We feel for the people of Ukraine.
