Nothing like a bath...

Happy Easter!

This morning I made sure the birds had fresh water especially for Easter and as you can see, they seem to surely appreciate it. While in the backyard I saw birds scatter and many loud screeches. My first thought was a hawk was around but when I saw 4 crows dancing in the skies, I began to wonder. A few seconds later a bald eagle being chased by those 4 crows flew by - within 50 feet of me. A grand way to start the day..

This afternoon I'll be taking my mom over to my sisters to celebrate Easter with her family - which will include an egg hunt and a wonderful dinner.  Nothing like ending the weekend and the start of the workweek on a very high note.
