simnel cake

We popped over to see Kathy and Jim this morning as Kathy had bought a simnel cake and wanted to share it. We also exchanged Easter cards. It reminded me that I made one of these some years back and I’m pretty sure I blipped it. Finished the curtains this afternoon and Mr I put them up - we’re really pleased with them :-)
Went in the garden for a while making a mental list of all the jobs that want doing - but didn’t do any of them. We’re thinking of buying a shredding machine for all the brambles and rose prunings.
