The thing

The thing from two days ago. Its purpose? To cut herbs, things like chives and maybe spring onions. With a total of ten blades it makes very fine and tiny pieces. BobsBlips was on the right track I think with the word "Salad" but not quite on the button. I have never seen such an implement before. It now resides in our kitchen drawer.
