Happy Easter Everyone!

We are vegetarians, so we cooked a Spring vegetable casserole topped with cheese and herb dumplings... Lots of white wine in the recipe! .. Hope that everyone had a lovely day... Oh, I seem to have lots of chocolate to follow ... I suppose I must!!
