That thinks it is a poppy..?

We have a few of these tulips in pots, they grew in our old garden and were there when we moved in back in 1994. They must have been the only plants left in the garden at the time on account the previous owner dug up and took what she could. We on the other hand left many plants we loved except for the odd bulb and most of our pots came with us. 

The Malus tree and bush I Blipped yesterday would have been planted back in the late '80s when the bungalow was built. The style of having trees growing out of clipped bushes are dotted all over the estate. Being the show bungalow at the time the front garden is well planted and survives to this day except some of the bushes have been allowed to get very large in recent years. It has been keeping me busy.
