Not a huge deal happening. It was coffee or the cat today. I went with the cat.

Made out for a 5k run. Been too long and my fitness has dropped dramatically.

Watched the Panorama on North Korea. Interesting, but nothing ground breaking. I'm not sure it merited the media attention.
