Banty Rooster Garden Ornament

My garden plot neighbor has an ornamental chicken in his garden plot that I quite like.
It reminds me of a Banty chicken rooster we had forty years ago on our little homestead in Castle Rock, Washington.
He was wild and a good flyer so we could never capture him.
Our daughter, Amy, was three years old and was better at catching chickens than either Kathy or I.
She was no match for that Banty rooster though.
