"In The Hospital Grounds"

...Yesterday, we were walking back to the car after my first session with the Cardiac Rehabilitation..and I stopped and picked up this very pretty feather in front of me.

And you know what blippers are like (by now) - yes - I could use that - and here it is, The Feather...with a little bit of enhancing naturally..

The Cardiac Rehabilitation - I should have been doing quite a while back but Hospital here has cut down on costs - and so - yesterday was my first session...

Well - in hospital, after walking in to what I would call a GYMNASIUM - I nearly ran out of the door again!!

I've never been into a gym before as I've never needed to - being still the same weight almost as I was 50 years ago...and I thought when I saw a WALKING MACHINE - that would really finish me off - but using the PUSHBIKE going to no-where firstly, set the scene for breathlessness, and then there was this WALKING MACHINE THING which I used for a full 1.38minutes (!) - I thought that was pretty good - but they had generously set the machine for me, for 6 minutes - so at least I used it...

... And the WEIGHTS - well, no probs there, apart from my R arm not co-ordinating with the L - and the TRAMPOLINE - well, I imagined I'd have to do somersaults like our talented grandson - but no, "ofcourse not" they said - just some little steps for that...

... Fortunately, I had my Ventolin with me and had quite a few rests. They told me I'd be all aches and pains today having used leg weights and all - but no aches and pains at all, so I must be fit enough - just the lungs unfortunately...

...and I wonder if I'll find another feather quite like this one, next week?...

...Well I hope there'll be a next week - after puffing me out so much!!!
