Waiting for the sun

Went into Brussels today to pick up my new passport at the Dutch Embassy and had another look in the nearby Jubel Park/Parc Cinquantenaire. A bit overcast when I arrived there but these arty beach chairs looked quite inviting, if a bit out of place, empty and in the middle of the lawn. I walked up to the buildings you can see in the distance and went into the Jubelpark Museum which has quite a diverse collection of Art and History.
When I came out the sun was shining and the beach chairs were all occupied :-)
You can probably see that they're locked together, haven't been able to discover who made and/or provided them.
PS Can you spot those emerging new leaves !
