Easter Bilby

This evening we went to some friends' for dinner.  Desert included a single milk chocolate Bilby (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Macrotis). Unlike the rabbits that infest this nation, the Bilby is endangered.  I took this snap because my friend decided to dissect the creature with a steak knife and teaspoon.  An odd choice of weapons for such a task - it's been a long weekend and we were all tired.
