Easter On the Tracks

On today's walk down the Waud Trail, we could see that the train sitting there was quite long, so we walked home along the tracks to check it out. (We usually walk back up the Trail and walk home on Willamette Blvd.) The train was at least a half mile long and sat there with 3 of its 4 engines idling. Such a crazy, wasteful thing to do, but it helps keep the train in good running order, we are told, so we can get our plywood and Toyotas on time.
