Wild Garlic Hunting

Today’s walk in the sunshine was a family expedition to gather some wild garlic. An afternoon experimenting with wild garlic pesto making before the rain came in for the evening. Homemade beef goulash and roast potatoes, and an evening Easter Snowball to finish off a lovely relaxing bank holiday weekend.
