The Mynd. Again.

One of the best things about my brilliant little run club is not just the organised runs but the more spontaneous ones, perhaps even more so. Without a doubt, a quick message of ‘anyone up for the Mynd?’ on the whatsapp group will always result in a running buddy or three. Today, Ali joined me for a wonderful blast up the hills. It’s impossible to visit the Mynd and see it in the same way, each time is totally different depending on the route and the weather. I just love it.
