Family time!

Our children came over easter dinner today, and to our big surprise also grandma came. She was very unsure yesterday, but now suddenly she was at our door. She is eager to visit here too now as she no longer has not anyone (that is grandpa) to take care.

I made salmon soup for starter and main course was chicken in creamy tumeric sauce with potatoes and salad. Finnish traditional easter dessert is "mämmi", so we had portions of that and some cakes with coffee / tea as dessert.

It was lovely day, some -+14c in the garden swing, as we sat there with Nicke the poodle in the middle. Younger generation had all kind of happenings, so they had left earlier already. Nicke the poodle will stay by us a couple of nights again. He was so dirty, that I decided to wash and trim him. He is so kind dog. And very cute.
