Crossing the gap

A landslip at Nethermill of Pennan Shore frames a passing supply vessel. Meanwhile we enjoyed the spectacle of huge rafts of eiders, pintails, fulmars, razorbills and guillemots.

The cliff faces were bright with clumps of primroses, scurvy grass and lesser celandines.
