Is this their "Forever Home"?

I prepared  the beds for the potatoes yesterday afternoon, & this morning I planted them. A bit of a squeeze but they are from home chitted spuds i came across at Bob & Lola's so if they don't produce it's okay. Walked up to fetch the paper & Mum's shopping then drove down to CK. A beautiful morning walk around Warwick's with Indie this morning passing the tractor graveyard.
Back at Mum's drinking a coffee watching 2 sparrow fledglings being fed on Mum's bird table. Adult sparrows were collecting feathers that Mum had put out for nesting material at the same time.  Mum came back to Chudleigh for lunch today, roast lamb and all the trimmings. I put the meat in the oven then we nipped up to Mandy's yard to bag some horse poo for the garden. 3 bags for Mum, 3 for Nicky.
Back to finish cooking lunch, I wacked a spicy glaze on a tray of chicken wings (dinner for hubby for a couple of days) in the oven,  then made 2 Rhubarb, orange & almond cakes, making the recipe up as I went along. Next time I'll add some fresh peel to give it a bit more oomph.
Watched the first episode of The Thief, His Wife, & The Canoe .. Love it!!
