Breakfast

Every morning my knight in shining armor red tartan bathrobe brings us this breakfast in bed.   Now on this cheerful lightweight tray.  Double latte, toasted half bagel (mine with peanut butter, his with cream cheese, OJ and banana.   We used to take turns but now i’m not “allowed” by him to carry a tray up a flight of stairs without a hand for the railing….   How spoiled and fortunate and always grateful I am!!

Going to the next door neighbor’s for our pizza delivery dinner for 4 of us like we've been doing since the pandemic began. (only now inside) ….Will help him fill out his ArriveCan pass for his trip to Canada on thursday.   No pcr test for the border required.   but random tests at border always looming possible.

Report on the Junco nest in extra yesterday.   This morning there are 2 eggs in the horse hair nest!!   the yard waste bag is filled with used hay and sits in the hay room in the barn at dil’s parents home (2 horses live there) .  Hopefully it will be safe and they will hatch!
