WILTED

.....and gone.  I noted the last flower on my Phalaenopsis was showing signs of wilting and I was hoping it would remain on the plant for Tiny Tuesday.  No, it was on the kitchen bench when I woke this morning.  
I've taken the plant and the fallen flower outside to photograph for today.  It does show signs of shrivelling.
Also, the bud is not going to come forth with a flower as its shrivelled too.
I've had the plant for almost a year so I've had a good run with it.  
I might have to buy a bunch of flowers now.

Lovely to have your comments for the pelican, I'm sure he would be pleased.
