Quilted Walker Pouch

Years ago I made this hanging pouch for my mom’s walker. She used it for a few weeks before she needed to upgrade to a 4 wheeled walker that had a seat with under-seat storage. I put it aside and now it has a new use.
The perfect “pocket” for my exercise sheets and my cell phone.
Yesterday I had my first PT session. It was the first time I had to get dressed to go out of the house, the first time I had to interact with people, well to cut this short…it took all my energy and strength. I slept the rest of the morning and the afternoon. When I woke up at 4:30 I felt like a different person. Dinner at 6:30 and bed by 8:30. I am so happy to have the support of my wonderful husband to walk with me through this experience.
