went to Liddle as i thought they had Dutch goodies in…..but that’s Thursday….so i’m looking forward to that….bought some sushi when i was there….a lovely surprise lunch….i don’t often have it, mainly because i don’t think of it, but it makes a lovely meal with some salad or spinach….
they had a box with lemons picked from the tree….an idea for my blip i thought….

love2move started again, Cameron had been on a course and is now certified instructor for us oldies, well he gave us a good workout….fantastic!
