The wisteria from no 307 preferred the yellow front door at no 301

Madwill has shown me how to access the on-screen keyboard for which I am most grateful, but even so, I'm rapidly losing the will to live.
IT support at work suggested I try a vacuum cleaner at any air-holes first, and then access the BIOS second.
I've done the thing with the vacuum cleaner but the BIOS is beyond me, so I'm going to save everything to flash-drive, remove anything personal, and take it into the office tomorrow along with the restore drive I was given when I bought it 47 months ago.
IT support at work are not insured if they make it worse but I have nobody else readily available, and I do trust them not to do anything idiotic, so if you never hear from me again, you know my trust was misplaced
