Frogs say go!

I went out into the garden this morning and did some work - pruning and clearing stuff from the pond. And hey presto, I saw this in there! I'm pretty certain it wasn't there yesterday. And maybe this character was involved?? Not sure what role the spider played.

I never had to eat sago or tapioca as a kid, thank goodness.

Can anyone help with the identification of OB's butterfly?
