Chatting to my neighbour for a while and then it was sunset, and very lovely.
The fires went through here two years ago and many of the trees were burnt and have had to be removed.
He's selling, and was bemoaning the fact that every surface in the house has to be clean and shiny, lest a prospective buyer spot a coffee cup or a toothbrush!
I think we can all sympathise.
