This was the end of week 4 and just like last Friday, we went to Rasoi's Indian restaurant.  

Trainees and tutors all very tired at the end of this week!  Assessor with us next week and so I'll be preparing for that at the weekend.  Still all ok though.  One trainee did a bit of over-sharing 1-1 with me on why she was doing the course and why it was important for her to pass.  I wish Zoom had an 'un-know' button.  It would be as useful as the 'end this meeting' one!   Trainees also start to think about the end of the course approaching and grades at this time.
