Our large water butt is rapidly running out of rainwater. “April showers” are in short supply this month.

After a very close scoring morning game of Scrabble with our young house guests we watered all our recent plantings.

It was good to catch breath after our very busy streak of family hospitality this afternoon. The sun is definitely making everything burgeon at the moment.
