There have been so many selfies with myself and Louey over the last couple of years. I couldn't resist taking one last one.

We gave our beautiful girl a send off she would have loved  and she sang us out of church with a recording of Fields of Gold.

There were so many people there who loved her dearly. She would have been so proud of Simon and the girls, they were astonishing in managing to express their love and gratitude. I could hear Lou cheering them on.

I'm going to save my last words for Lou  here until her headstone is in place. But currently I have overwhelming gratitude to her for all that she was and overwhelming deep sadness.
