Another walk on another glorious day, this time from Newton Steads along the beach to Beadnell, and back on the coastal path. We stood on the quayside for a while in Beadnell, watching kayakers, novice paddle boarders, and this guy who looked to be an expert. He skimmed above the water with ease! Then time for an ice cream before returning to the van.

MrM drove us along the coastal route to Berwick, with 10 minutes to spare before waving off Tom and Lucy on their train back to Leeds. The long weekend had passed by far too quickly. Until the next time...
