The Gymnast

We made a return visit to Emmetts Garden to see how the bluebells were getting on (see extras). But this scene caught my eye as we sat in the sunshine. 

As I watched, he rose up on his hind legs to wash. A closer look shows how he has twisted a leg across his abdomen to get into this most unusual position. The miniature other world never fails to amaze me!
