Blowing in the wind ………..
washing dried quickly today AND most importantly I went for my MRI scan on my shoulder.
My migraine has only just started to fully ebb away , I’ve not even blipped for two days as it just became too much . I went out yesterday and ended up coming home in a terrible state , I stupidly thought that the meds would keep it at bay .. that’ll teach me !

ANYWAY enough of that misery … took the grandson on a lovely dog walk with Po and Tits McGee and we stopped at the pub in Shottery and ate chips and drank orange juice and lemonade… today was a good day .. plus we went to the fine emporium known as B&M for solar lights and a pack of snack mars bars , we know how to have a good time .
